Norwegian telco plans to invest up to $2.24 billion in Unitech Wireless venture.
Norwegian telecom company Telenor A.S.A plans to invest up to INR112 billion ($2.24 billion) in its Indian joint venture and has also sought government approval to raise its stake to 74%, the Economic Times newspaper reported Saturday.
The original deal signed in October involved Telenor buying 60%
